Washin~ton .Ave. ROVED: On motion of Trustee Tubbs duly seconded by Chapman and carried, City Engineer Hoy was instructed to secure deeds for street purposes, on the E/2 of Bristol from 4th to 5th and W/2 of Artesia from 4th to Sth. On motion of Trustee Tubbs duly seconded by Chapman and carried, Steele Finley was g~anted permission to circulate a contract for paving Flower from let to Fairfiew Ave. under Specifications 101, 5" concrete base 1-1/2 asphalt top. Trustee Greenleaf introduced an Ordinance originally fix- ing and establishing the grade of and upon certain publi c streets in the City of Santa Ans. The Ordinance was ord- ered filed, read and discussed, and designated Ordinance and $ 66? submitted to the City Attorney/referred to special counsel for consideration and report. # Resolution of Intention No. ?09~Chang~ and re-establiah~ i~the official g~ade of and upon a portion of West ~ift! Street, a public street in the City of ~anta Aha, having been regularly introduced at a meeting of the Board of Trustees, held on the ~ day of ~ay, 1921, was taken up for final consi~ration and on motion of Truste~'Tubbs, seconded by Truatee/~reenleaf and carried the roll called and Resolution of Intention No. ?O9 passed by the Ayes, Trustees J. W. Tubbs, C. H. Chapm~ A. Greenleaf and John G. Mitchell. Noes: following vote: H. H. Dale, W. Trustees None, Absent: Trustees ~one. Trustee John W. Tu~bs introduced a Resolution declaring to be the intention of The Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha to order work,one and improvement msdle upona part of East Fourth Street. ~rae Resolution was ordered filed, read and designated Resolution of Intention No. and was submitted to the City Attorney and special oonneel for consideration and report. Trustee Greenleaf introduced a Resolution requiring plans and specifications for the doing of work on and improvemen of a portion of West Washington Avenue.
