I. ,~aleell <br /> <br />APMR OVTD: <br /> <br />All of said bids, after due consideration, excepting <br />the bid of Geo. R. Ourtis, which was the lowest reg- <br />ular proposal or bid of a responsible bidder, were <br />rejected, and the contract awarded to Geo. R. Curtis. <br />Thereupon Trustee W. A. Greanleaf introduced Reeol- <br />ut'ion No. ?1~ awarding the contract to Geo. B. Curtis <br />The Resolution' was read and considered and upon call <br />cf the roil, passed by the following named <br />of the Board of Trustees: <br /> <br /> Ayes: Trustees J. W. Tubbe, C. H. Chapman, <br /> <br />Dale, W. A. Greenleaf, John G. Mitchell. Noes: Trust- <br />ees, None, Absent: Trustees, none. <br /> <br /> On motion by Trustee Tubba, dlzly seconded by <br />Oreenleaf and carried, the Olerk wee instructed to re <br />turn the bonds and certified checks to the unauccems- <br />ful bidders. <br /> <br />A Resolution of the Board of Trustees of the City of <br />Santa Ana adopting an official map of a portion <br />the City cf Santa Aha, O~ange County, California, for <br />the purpose of defining all streets and giving ~o ea~ <br />sub-division of land platted or divided into lots a <br />number a~ delineated on such map. The l~esolution <br />read and upon motion of Trustee Greanleaf duly second4 <br />ed by Tubbe that same be adopted, passed b7 the fol- <br />lowing vote: Ayes, Trustees Tubbe, Chapman, Dale, <br />Gree~leaf and Mitchell. <br /> <br />Noes: Truateee None, Absent:Trustees, None. <br /> <br />On 'motion of Trustee Chapman, duly seconded by Green- <br />leaf and carried, President ~itohel~ and City Atty. <br />~cott, were instructed to interview the Sou2hern <br />Pacific Ry. 0o. officials in reference tothe Ry. Co. <br />Bridge in the Northwest part of the City, to protest <br />against the driving of any more piling for said <br />bridge. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Chapman duly' seconded by Green- <br />leaf and carried, the bond of J. I. Nalsell for build <br />lng the culverts on Main, South from ~th to let, St. <br />was referred to the chair for approval. <br /> <br />A motion by Trustee Dale to adjourn to Monday,. June <br />13th, 1~1, ?:~O P. M. was duly seconded by Greenleaf <br />and carried. <br /> <br /> <br />
