On motion of Trustee Tuobs duly seconded by Chapman 'carried, tbs matter was referred to the ~oard as a committee of the whole to be taken up with Sol Oal. Edison Company; Pacific T~. & Tel. Co., and P. E. Ry. Company. # This b sing the dsM, hour and place fixed by Resolu- tion of Intention No. ?06 when and where any and all persons having any objections to *he proposed work or improvement may appear before the Soard of Trust- ess of the city of Santa Ana and show cause why said proposed improvement should not be ~arried out in accordance with said Resolution, and ~outhern Pacifi Company and Southern Pacific Railroad Company havi~ de~ivered to th Clerk of the city of Santa Aha their written protests, the Board of Trustees pro- ceeded to hear smd pass upon the same, and the said protests, and each of the~, were over--ru~ed and denied by the following vote: Ayes, Trustees J. ~. Tubbs, C. H. Chapman, H. H. Dale, W. A. Greenleaf, John G. Mitchell. Noes: Trustees, none, Absent: Trustees None. Trustee H. H.
