Main In Re Addltion:l ~otorcyc]e Officer In Re Permit- Tom Repair Shop Robinson In Rs Ordinance r eg~ll sting ~r Crafts ]n Rs Ordinance No. 671 Amending Ordnance 662 In Re Ordinance No. 672- Tax Rate A committee from the -ommunity Hospital Association was before the Board in reference to connecting a branch sewer from t~eir property Just outside of the Oil limits to the end of the sewer line on North Main ~trea$ and being served with City Water. On motion of Trustee Chapman duly seconded by Greenleaf and carrled~ the advisement and if possible the Tubbs, Chapman, Trustee~ None, tar is to b taken under request to be g~anted. On motion of Trustee'Chapman duly seconded by Dale and carried, the request of Trustee Tubbs of the Police Committee that an additional motorcycle officer for t police Dept. be appointed, carried. # On motion of Trustee Tubbs duly seconded by Dale and carried Tom Robinmon was granted a permit to conduct an Auto repair ~hop at 1216 W. 5th Street. # An Ordinance regulating air oraffts over the City and fi lng a penalty for ~iolations of the ~ame was given let reading and on motion of Trustee Tubbs duly seconded Srcenleaf and carried, referred b~ck to the Ci~ Attorney. Ordinance No. 671, a~ Ordinance amending Ordin~nce No. 662 of the City of Santa Asa having been regularly in- troduced on the 15th day of August, 1~21 and referred the City Attorney and special counsel, was taken up for f~nal oonsiseratlon. The Ordinance was r sad and on cal of the roll, passed ~y the following vote: Ayes, Trusts Dale, Greenleaf a~d ~itchelX,~Noes: Absent: Trustees None, Ordinance No. 6?2 fixing the amount of money to carry on the various departments of the City and to pay the Bonded indebtedness falling due for the odrrent year 1921-22 and designating $1.60 on each $100.00 for the v~rious funds, was given final reading and on motiol of Trustee Tubbs duly seconded by Greenleaf and carried, that same be adcyted, r~sed by the following vote: Ayes: Trustees Tubbs, Chapman, Dale,Green~eaf Mitchell, Noes: Trustees None, Absent: Trustees None. # A motion by Trustee Tubbs by Chapman and asoer tatnei to adJoturn was duly seconde~ carried.
