E. Dawson as police <br />officer wqs accented. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Neff, seconded by McPhee and <br />carried, the bond of Edward W. Dahl in amount of <br />~500.00 for private contract cement work was referre~ <br />to the Chair for approval or disapproval. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Killen, seconded by Neff and <br />carried, Hobertson Electric Company were granted <br />permission to hang an electric sign at 414 N. Main <br />St. for the Broiler Cafe. <br /> <br />A communication was read from the wacif~c Electric <br />Land Company Concerning rearranging of schedules <br />to become effective Nay 24th, which will eliminate <br />congestion on f~ain streets. 0n motion of Trustee <br />McPhee, sec~nded by Neff and carried, the conununtca- <br />tion was accepted and plae~d on file. <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Killen, seconded by ~cPhee <br />and carried, deed from Wm. J. and Margaret May <br />Leonard covering a portion of North Flower ~treet <br />was accepted and the Clerk instructed to have the <br />same recorded. <br /> <br /> At this time Trustee Neff stated that he desired to <br /> ~ on record as opposed to the acceptance in the <br /> future of any deed for street purposes on North <br /> Flower btreet which provides for less than 60 ft. <br /> street. <br /> <br /> A proposition Was submitted from the Robertson <br /> Ele$~c Company for installing one inch ~ nduit <br /> from basement of City Hall to attic for the sum of <br /> $17.00. On motion of Trustee ~cPhee, seconded by <br /> Killen and carried, the proposition wes accepted. <br /> <br /> <br />
