Trustees McPhee and Killen were <br />appointed as such Conm~ittee. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Neff, seconded by Killen and carried, <br />the Clerk was instructed to sign the Board's approwal to <br /> <br /> Tract No. 391. <br /> <br />Map <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Neff, seconded by Killen and carried, <br />the Clerk was instructed to advertise for bids for furnish~n <br />the city with twenty tons of barley hay, bids to be opened <br /> <br />June 4th. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Killen, seconded by McPhee and carried, <br />the City Attorney was instructed to draw ordinance creating <br />office of Plumbing Inspector; salary to be fixed by the Board <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Killen, seconded by Neff and carried <br /> <br />a committee was appointed to work in conjunction with the <br />Builders Exchange in amending the Building Ordinance and <br />fees thereuuder~ Trustees Kilten and Chapman were appointed <br />as such Committee. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Neff, seconded by McPhee and carried, <br />the matter of o~ening new streets and ~ntrances to the city <br />was referred to the Board as a whole. <br /> <br /> Trustees Me~hee and Neff were appointed as a Corm~ittee to <br /> confer with Mr. Blee in an effort to arrive at solution of <br /> raising funds for paving railroad right of way on East <br /> Myrtle Street. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee McPhee, seconded by Neff and carried, <br /> the matter of temporary building used by the Salvation Army <br /> is to be allowed to rest for a period of three months. <br /> <br /> <br />
