On motion of Trustee McPhee, seconded by <br />Neff and carried, all temporary buildings are to be <br />allowed to remain for a period of one year and no <br />temporary building permits are to be issued in Fire <br />D~etrict No. 1 in the future. The above action does <br />not include Salvation Ar~kvbuilding which is covered <br />by separate motion. City Attorney is to notify owners <br />~f present temporar~ buildings of this action. <br /> <br />On motion of T~ustee McPhee, seconded by Killen and <br /> <br />carried, the city will proceed to re,air ~ast Fourth <br />Street paving at south~st corner Oarfield St. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee McPhee, seconded by Neff and <br /> carried, the Board aa a whole will, sometime during <br /> the week, go over Rich,land Avenue with view of <br /> <br />acquainting themselves with proposed <br />street, <br /> <br />A petition was <br /> <br />opening of said <br /> <br />lr esented requesting the paving o~ We~ <br /> <br />Sixth Street from Baker to Bristol Street. Line Tx, act 407. <br />Flower St. from 4th to 5th <br />Fruit St. from Garfield to Grand <br />McFadden St. from Main to ~alladay <br /> <br />Trustee C.L.Ktllen introduced a resolution declaring <br />it to be the intention of the Board of Trustees of the <br />city of Sm ta Aha to order work done and improvement <br />made on a portion of East Fifth St., West Fifth Street <br />and West Fourth Street, open public streets in said <br />city. The resolution was ordered filed, read, consid- <br />ered, designated Resolution of Intention No. 1005; the <br />roll was called and the resolution passed by the <br />following vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes: Trustees Geo.
