Trustees Neff a~d McPhee <br />and Street Superintendent Knox were appointed as such <br />Committee. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McPhee, seconded by Neff and carried, <br />City Attorney West and Engineer Enox were instructed to <br />revise plans and specifications for paving Fifth Street <br />from Baker to Artemis for full width of Street and 20 ft. <br />on South of Center line and 10 ft. on north from center <br />line from Artesia to Hailroad Track and the center 20 ft. <br />from Railroad Tracks to City Limits. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Neff, seconded by Eillen, the Clerk <br /> <br />was instructed to advertise for bids for furnishing the <br />Street Department with a 1924 Dodge Touring Car. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Neff, seconded by Killen, street <br /> <br />lights were ordered installed at Fifteenth, Garnsey, <br />Washington Avenue and Oarnsey Streets. <br /> <br />On account of inability of the City to install Water Main~ <br />T. W. 0glesby was granted 60 days extension of time in <br />order to complete his contract for paving a portion of So. <br />Main'Street and on motion of Trustee Neff, duly seconded <br />by Killen and carried the request was granted. <br /> <br />In the matter of the protest of pro~erty owners $ <br />against the Board's action in granting a per, nit for an <br />Filling Service Station at the S.E. Corner of Fifth and <br />Bristol Streets, on ruling from the City Attorney the pro- <br />test wac denied by motion of Trustee Eillen, seconded by <br />McPhee and carried <br /> <br /> The monthly reports of the Various City Officials were re- <br /> ferred to the Finance Committee on motion of Trustee Kills <br /> seconded by McPhee and carried. <br /> <br /> The demand of S. Nitre for $520.00 for damages sustained <br /> in constructing the City's Mai n 0unt Fall Sewer ling by <br /> contractor B. R. Ford was on motion of ~ustee Mo~hee, <br /> seconded by Neff and carried, ~eferred to the City <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Killen, duly seconded by McPhee end <br /> carried, the Clerk was instructed to draw war~ants ~n <br /> the Treasurer to cover the demands aS audited by the Fina~ <br /> Com~,ittee. <br /> <br /> <br />
