In Re <br /> <br />Bids for <br /> <br />Bachman' s Drive. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Sale of Bonds <br /> <br />Bush Street. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Resolution <br /> <br />Ordering Work <br /> <br />No.1056 Fairview Ave. <br /> <br />This being the time and place fixed for the o~ening <br />of bids or proposals for the work ordered done and <br />improvement ordered made upon and along that certain <br />open public street in the City of ~anta An,, commonly <br />known as Baohnmn's Drive, briefly described in Resolu- <br />tion of Intention No. 1027 and the Board of Trustees <br />being duly convened in open session proceeded to and <br />did publicly open, examine and declare all bids received. <br />One bid was received, that of Wells & Bressler as fol- <br />lows: Item 1.- The regrading to a Sub-grade and the <br />laying of s five (8) inch concrete pavement with belt <br />finish wearing surface, complete with the furnishing <br />of all necessary equipment and material on an estimate <br />of 90VO square feet for the sum of twenty-four cents <br />(0.24) per square foot. Trustee Nat H. Neff then in- <br />troduced a resolution awarding the contract to Wells <br />& Bressler at the price rimmed in their bid. The reso- <br />lution was ordered filed read, considered and designa~ <br />ted,--Resolution of Award No. 1088. The roll was called <br />and the resolution pas,ed by the vote of the following <br />named members of the Board of Trusteea~ <br /> <br /> Ayes: Trustees <br /> <br />Noes: Trustees <br />Absent:Trustee <br /> <br />Oeo_McPhee, Nat ~. Neff, <br />C. ~. Eillen, J. W. Tubbs. <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />C. H. Chapman <br /> <br />This being the time and place for sale of bonds issued <br />upon the security of the ~npaid assessments for Bush <br />Street work md improvement as per Resolution of ~nten- <br />tics No. 913, and no bids being received: Trustee <br /> <br />Nat H. Neff int,-cd,ced the following resolution~ which <br />read, considered, designated Resolution No. 1084, the <br />roll was called, and the resolution passed by the fol- <br /> <br />lowing vote: <br /> <br /> Tr~ tees Gee MePhee, Nat ~.
