Tubbs introduced a resolution awarding <br />and ordering delivered to the contractor or his <br />assigns the bonds issued upon the security of the <br />unpaid assessments for the work done on a portion of <br />Spurgeon Street, pursuant to P~lution of Intention <br />No. 836 and ordered done by Resolution No. 855. <br /> <br /> The Resolution was ordered filed, read, conslder, <br />and designated Resolution No. 983 and passed by the <br />following vote: <br /> <br /> Trustees J.W.Tubbs, C.H.Olmpman, H.H.Dale <br /> W.A.Greenleaf, John O. Mitchell. <br /> <br /> Trustees ~one. <br /> <br /> Trustees None. <br /> <br />This being the time and place noticed for hearing <br />owJections to the issuance of bonds for the work don~ <br />on a portion of West First St. pursuant to Resolution <br />of Intention No. 806, the Board proceeded to hear all <br />objections offered, and no person arpearing to object <br />Trustee ~. A. Greenleaf introduced a resolution en- <br />titled as follows: <br /> <br /> A resolution determining unpaid assessments for <br /> the work done and improvement made upon a portio~ <br /> of West First Street, and the aggregate thereof, <br /> directing bonds to be issued upon the ~ecurlty <br /> of the unpaid assessments, prescribing the <br /> denominations of said bonds providing for t~e <br /> issuance of the same in annual series. <br /> <br /> The resolution was ordered filed, read, oonsldere <br />designated Resolution No. 984; the roll was ca~2ed <br />and the resolHtion ~assed by the fo21owing vote: <br /> <br />Ayes: Trustees J.W.Tubbs, C.H.Chapman, H.H.Dale, <br /> W.A.Greenleaf, John O. Mitchell. <br /> <br />Noes: Trustees None. <br /> <br />Absent: Trustees None. <br /> <br />Tbls being the ti,~e and place fixed for the opening <br />of bids or proposals for the work ordered done and <br />improvement ~dered made upon and along a portion of <br />those open public streets in the city of Santa £na <br />commonly known ss North Artesia Street and West Third <br />Street, briefly described inResolntion of Intention <br />No. 933 and ordered done by Resolution No. 955, and <br />the Board of Trnstees being duly convened in open <br />s~ssion proceeded to and did publicly open, examine <br />and declare all bids received.
