I. Stukey was before the Board asking permissl0~ <br />to close Bishop Street between Orange Ave and Railrogd <br />track for the purpose of paving. On motion of Truste~ <br />Chapman, seconded by Greenleaf and carried, <br />owners were granted permission to pave the abo~e por~ <br />tion of Bishop Street at such time aa water mains <br />can be installed by the city. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Tubbs, seconded by Chapman and <br />carried, City Attorney was instructed to prepare new <br />agreement with Harper Brothers extending present <br />agreement covering City Dump Ground five years from <br />date of expiration, July 1924, under same terms and <br />conditions as now embodied therein. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by <br /> <br />Tubbs and carried, request of G. 0. Minter for renta~ <br /> <br />of City property on Flower Street north of Santiago <br />Creek bridge was referred to a Cow~ittee$ Trustees <br /> <br />Tubbs and Greenleaf being appointed as such committe~. <br /> <br />,, <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Greenleaf, seconded by Chapman <br />and carried, Street Superintendent was instructed to <br /> <br />post Cypress Avenue against <br /> <br />On motion of T~ustee Tubbs, <br /> <br />heavy traffic. <br /> <br />duly seconded by Dale <br /> <br />and carried, the CSerk was instructed to sign the <br /> <br />Board~ approval to Map Tract No. 436, a subdivision <br /> <br />within the three mile limit. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee ~reenleaf, <br />and carried, following street <br /> <br />~eoonded by Chapman <br />lights were ordered <br /> <br />1. Light in block near Patton and Flower to be moved! <br /> to intersection of Patton and Walnut. ~ <br />2. Light to be installed at intersection Walnut & ~a <br />~. Light to be installed in middle of block (~ess. <br />on Second St. between Birch and koss. ~ <br />4. Light to be installed on Artesia S.of Washington ~ve. <br />5. Light now located near Greenleaf and 19th to be <br />moved to 18th and Greenleaf. <br />8. Light to be installed at hoss& lath hts. <br />V. Lights to be i~stalled on Washington Avenue <br />between Bristol and Artesia ~treets. <br /> <br /> <br />
