Ford <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Resolution of Award <br /> <br />No. 1285 - Oak St. et <br /> <br />al. <br /> <br />order the proposed improvement. <br /> <br /> %~ereupon Trustee Neff introduced a resolution order- <br />ing the work to be done and improvement to be made, <br />is briefly desorlbed in Resolution of Intention <br />the resolution was ordered filed, read, considered, <br />designated Resolution Ordering Work No. 1283 and passed <br />by the following ~.ote: <br /> <br />Ayes: Trustees <br /> <br />Noes: Trustees <br /> <br />C.H.Ohepman, Geo. McPhee, <br />Nat H. Neff, J. W. Tubbs. <br /> <br /> None. <br /> <br />Absent: ~rustee E. B. Collier. <br /> <br />Aye s: <br /> <br />Absent: <br /> <br />This being the time and place fixed and set forth for <br />open4ng of bids or proposals for tbs improvement of a <br />portion of West ~hird Street, as per Resolution of <br />Intention No. 1258, and the Board of Trustees being now <br />in s'ession, proceeded to end did publicly open, examine <br />and declare all sealed or bids received, as follows: <br /> <br /> Item 1. The gra~ng to a sub-grade and the laying of <br />a five inch Portland Cement Concrete pavement with belt <br />finish wearing surface, complete with the furnishing of <br />all necessary equipment, iahor and material on an esti- <br />mate of 32,593 square feet. <br /> <br /> Item 2. The ~structlon of concrete cu~ complete <br />~ith the furnishing of all necessary equipment, labor <br />and material on mn estimate of 831.92 linear feet. <br /> <br /> Item ~. The trenching, furnishing and laying of ten <br />four inch house branch sewers from the m~in sewer to the <br />curb line complete with the furnishing of all necesssr~ <br />~quipment, labor and material on an estimate of 1~0 llne <br />feet, <br /> <br />Item 1 $0.22~ Item R 55~ Item 3 <br /> o.19- /e <br /> <br />The Board of ~rustees thereupon awarded the contract to <br />B. R. Ford for the work or improvement as .the lowest <br />respongible b~dder therefor at the price named in his <br /> <br /> Trustee Neff then introduced a resolution awarding <br />the contract to B. R. Ford. The resolution was ordered <br />filed, read, considered, designated Resolution of Award <br />No. 12~4 and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br /> · rustees C.H.~h~pman, Geo. McPhee, Nat H. Neff, J. W. Tubbs. <br /> <br /> Trustees None. <br /> <br />Trustee O. B.
