Item 1. ~he grading to a subpgrade and the laying of six inch asphaltic concrete pavement complete with the furnishing of all necessary equipment, labor and material on an estimate of 1~6,333.23 aquare feet for the sum of twenty-five cents per square foot. Item 2. The construction of concrete curb complete with the furnishing of all necessary equipment, labor and material on an estimate of 2~42.6V linear feet for the sum of fifty-five cents per linear foot. Item 3. The trenching, furnishing and laying of six inch main line sewer pipe in accordance with plans and seclfications complete with the furnishing of all necessqry equipment, labor and material on an estimate of 2646.50 linear feet for t~e sum of seventy cents per linear foot. Item 4. The trenching, furnishing and laying of one hundred and e~ven four inch house branch sewers from the main sewer to the cnrb line complete w~th the furnishing of ~]1 necessary equipment, labor and mater on an estimate of 2041 linear feet for the sum of sixty cents per linear foot. Item 5. The excavation for sad the construction of seven manholes as shown on nlans cmmplete with the furnishing of all ~eceseary equ'ip~ent, labor and material for the sum ~ Ninety Dollars each. Item 6. The excavation for and the construction of one flush tank as shown on plans complete with the furnishing of all necessary equipment, labor' and material for the sum of one hundred thirty five dollar Item V. The excavation for and the construction of three lampholes as shown on nlans complete with the furnishing of all necessary equipment, labor ~nd material for the sum of fifteen dollars each. The Board of Trustees thereupon awarded tbs contrac Steele Finley for the work and improvement as the lowest responsible bidder therefor. Trustee Neff then introduced a resolution awardlng the contract to Steel Finley. The resolution was ordered filed, read, cons*dered,.desiguated Resolution of Award No. 1285 a~d passed by the following vote: Ayes: Tr~s tees C.N. Chapman, Oeo. McPhee, Nat H. Neff, J. W. Tubbs. Noes: Trustees None. Absent: Trustee E. B. Collier. This being the time and ~lace set for the hearing of a~oeals or protests or any person interested in tbs work, improvement or assessment made therefor on portions o~ West Eighth Street, N. G~rnsey, N. Flower, N. Olive, W. loth, N. Baker, W. ~th and Lowell Streets as per Resolution of Intention No. 1088. and no person appearing to protest or object against the assessment or ~ny other of the proceedings taken, a resolution overruling protests or objections to assessment, arrroving assessment and Ordering the Street Superin- tendent to attach warrant ~nd r~cord was duly intro- duced, read, considered, designated R~solution No.1286 and passed by the following vote: Ayes: Trustees C.N.
