On motion of Trustee Chapman, seconded by Neff and carried, City Attorney was instructed to draft ordinance repealing V41 or~nsnce/increasing water rates. On motion of Trustee Chapman, seconded by Neff and carried, matter of annexation and water was taken under advisement by t he as a whole.
