Trustee Eeff introduced a resolution Superintendent to abate the public nuisance declared by the Board of Trustees to exist ganta Aha; to wit: weeds which bear seeds Neff', seconded by Chapman and carrie the Engineer for checking, to report daring the Street heretofore in the city of of a :wlngy or downy nature and attain wuch a large gr~tb as to become a fire menace when dry ~nd wh~h are noxious and dangerou growing upon certain streets, sidewalks ~d pri~ate prope in the city of Santa Ana, by baying the weeds referred to ordered filed, read, considered, No. ]290 and oassed b~~ thel followln removed.
