Gagen, business manager MissiOn <br />Pageant et Capistrano, for ~rmission to ~e~ct banners at <br />8th & Main, 4th and French, 4th & Ross and let & Main <br />advertising pageant to be g~ven S~ring October, was <br />under supervision of Building ~nspeotor. <br /> <br />A petition was p~esented asking that West Second .Street <br />be poste~ against heavy traffic .
