McPhee, E.B.Coll~'er, Net R. Neff. None. Trustee J.W. Tubbs. This belng the cause why bonds time and place to which the hearTng to eho~ should not be issued upon the ~ecurity of the unpaid assessments for work done end imp~ovement made upon portions of B. Garneey and ~est Myrtle Streets, ~er Resolution of Intention No. 959, wes deferred, and no person appearing to show cause why said bonds should not be issued, Trustee Neff introduced a resolution determi~i upsid assessments for work done and improvement made upon said streets, the aggregate thereof, directing bonds to be issue~ upon the security of the unpaid assessments, presc: bing the denominations of said bonds and providing for the issuance of same in annual series. The resolution was ordered filed, read, considered, designated Resolution No. l~ and passed by the followin vote: Ayes: Trustees O.N. Chepmsn, Geo. McPhee, E.B.Ool]ier, Net H. Neff. Noes: Trustees None. Absent: Trustee g.W.Tubbs. Trustee Neff introduced an ordinance accepting on behalf of the City of Santa Ana end fixing and establishing the g~des of 0ypress Avenue and Orange Avenue.
