In Re ~esolution Orderin~ Work No. 1340 - N. Park Tract. In Re Hesolution Ordering Work No. 1341 - Sewer Dist. Nc.g2. This being the t~e and ~lace fixed and set forth in Rrsolution of Intention No. 1321 to order work done and improvement made upon portions of N. Park Blvd., Heliotrope Dr., Riverside Dr., Benton Way and N. Broadway, and the Board of Trustees being duly convened in open session, proceeded to hear and pass upon all protests. No owner of property liab]e to be assessed for said made written protest or any protest against the proposed work or against the extent of the district to be assessed therefor, and no person appearing to protemt or ~d ~ utes' or object or show any cause wh~ the improvement should no' be carried out in ac~rdance with Resolution of Zntention No. 1321, the Board of Trustees deemed that it had acquire, Jurisdiction to order the proposed improvement. Thereupon Trustee Neff introduced a resolution ordering tbs work to be done and improvement to be made, which is briefly described in Resolution of Yntention No. 1321~ the resolution was ordered filed, read, considered, designs ted Resolution Ordering Work No. 1340 and passed by the following vote: Ayes: Trustees C.H.Chepman, Geo. McPhee, E. B. Collier Nat H. Neff, J. W. Tubbs. Noes: Trustees None. Absent: Trustees None.
