Neff was appointed City Engineer and Street ~uperintendent of the City of Santa Ann effective Januar~ let, 1925. On motion of Trustee McPhee, seconded by Collier and carried, H. B. Chandler was granted pal-mission to Install a service station at the ~. W. Corner of Main and Wash- i ington Avenue and permission granted to out the curb 25 feet on Main Street and 35 feet ~m Washington Avenue~ the installation to be under the supervision of the Street Superintendent and Fire Chief.
