Bdwy, Sycamore & Russell <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Chapman seconded by Purinton and <br />carried, W. A. Armstrong was requested to make sewer <br />connections at ~08 N. Birch Street as ordered by the <br />Board of ~ealth, and all other stands in this location <br />ere subject to the decision of the ~lrd of ~ealth. <br /> <br />An ordinance of the City of ~ta Ann was introduced by <br />Trustee Chapman entitled ae follows: "An Ordinance of <br />the City of Zanta Ama, California, accepting a certaim <br />street thel, e~r.on behalf of the said City and fixing <br />establishing the grebe thereof on Eilsom Drive." The <br />Ordinance was ordered filed, read, coneTdered and <br />back to the City Attorney. <br /> <br />This being the time set for hearing on the Aaseasmemt <br />D~trict know~ as Assessment District No. 66, being the <br />i~p~ement of McFadden, Lyon, et al, the President <br />asked if there were any protests and the protest of <br />Alice J. Doyle being the omly written protest filed, <br />was lead by the Clerk, several persons also entered ora: <br />pr~tests and upon motion of Trustee Chapman seconded by <br />Collier and carried, action on the protests was deferr~¢ <br />for one week. <br /> <br />Th~a being the day and hotr set for hear~g appeals or <br />protests of any person interested in the worl, improve- <br />ment or assessment made therefor on a portion of Fair- <br />lawn and D~isy Avenue as per Resolution of Intentio~ Nc <br />1300, and no person appearing to protest or object <br />agaimst the assessment or any other of the proceedings <br />taken, a resolution overruling protests or objections t. <br />assessment, approving aseellment and ordering the Ztree' <br />~uperintendent to attach warrant and record, was duly <br />introduced, read, considered, designated Resolution No. <br />13~ and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes= Trustees C.~.
