Bdwy, Sycamore & Russell On motion of Trustee Chapman seconded by Purinton and carried, W. A. Armstrong was requested to make sewer connections at ~08 N. Birch Street as ordered by the Board of ~ealth, and all other stands in this location ere subject to the decision of the ~lrd of ~ealth. An ordinance of the City of ~ta Ann was introduced by Trustee Chapman entitled ae follows: "An Ordinance of the City of Zanta Ama, California, accepting a certaim street thel, e~r.on behalf of the said City and fixing establishing the grebe thereof on Eilsom Drive." The Ordinance was ordered filed, read, coneTdered and back to the City Attorney. This being the time set for hearing on the Aaseasmemt D~trict know~ as Assessment District No. 66, being the i~p~ement of McFadden, Lyon, et al, the President asked if there were any protests and the protest of Alice J. Doyle being the omly written protest filed, was lead by the Clerk, several persons also entered ora: pr~tests and upon motion of Trustee Chapman seconded by Collier and carried, action on the protests was deferr~¢ for one week. Th~a being the day and hotr set for hear~g appeals or protests of any person interested in the worl, improve- ment or assessment made therefor on a portion of Fair- lawn and D~isy Avenue as per Resolution of Intentio~ Nc 1300, and no person appearing to protest or object agaimst the assessment or any other of the proceedings taken, a resolution overruling protests or objections t. assessment, approving aseellment and ordering the Ztree' ~uperintendent to attach warrant and record, was duly introduced, read, considered, designated Resolution No. 13~ and passed by the following vote: Ayes= Trustees C.~.
