On motion of Trustee Chapman, seconded by Purinton and carried, City Attorney was Instructed to draft proposed ordinance covering permit ehar~es for sewers, c~rbs, gutters, sidewalks, etc., as per schedule submitted by City Mngineer. On motion of Trustee ~cWhee, seconded by Chapman, nd' carried, Trustee Purinton was authorized to dispose of old Junk accumulated at City Stables. On motion of Trustee Collier, seconded by Purinton and carried, action on ~allation of sidewalk on Flower Street near Washington Avenue w~s deferred for two weeks. On motion of Trustee Collier, seconded by Purinton and carried, tbs Chair was authorized to appoint a Corm~ittee to confer with School Authorities with reference to installing sidewalk along school property on Fairview Avenue between Broadway and Sycamore St.~ Trustee Purinton was' appointed ss Committee.
