Lightburn In Re Board of Health Report In Re Committee Report on City Printing Street and the application of O.E. Hende~, 320 W. 4th Street was referred to the City Electric Inspector. T.J. Atchley made application for permits to move the following houses: House 15x28--14~ high from 908 East Walnut Street to West Fifth Street City Limits. Houee 34x40--22~ high from 606 East Santa Clara Avenue to South Bristol Street City Limits. House 22x38--24' high from 817 South Main Street to 1900 Block West First Street. G.W. Willingham made application for permission to move a house S$x80--20' high from 1918 North Broadway to the 1VO0 Block on West Sixth Street. On motion of Trustee Purinton seconded by Chapman the applications were re- ferred to a committee, the chair appointing Trustees Purinton, Chapman and Collier as such committee. On motion of Trustee Purinton seconded by Chapman and carried, O. V. Dart was granted permission to move house 32x~ from 1st and Spurgeon Streets to 928 Cypress Ave- nue, same granted under the supervision of the Street Superintendent who shall furnish an inspector at the expense of the house mover and in the future all permits granted shall be under supervision of an inspector at the expense of the house mover. A petition was presented asking for a street light to be installed at the Corner of Hobart Street and Orange Ave- nue and on motion of Trustee Chapman seconded by Collier and carried same was referred to the Street Committee to report back at the next meeting. The Bond of Mark Lightburn for $500.00 to do private con- tract cement sidewalk, curb and se~er work was referred to the Chair for approval or disapproval on motion of Trustee Purinton seconded by Collier and carried. On motion of Trustee Collier duly seconded by Chapman and carried, the report of the activities of the Orange County Health Department within the City of Santa Ana ~ring month of July, 1925, was referred to the Finance Comuittee. Acting City Attorney Franklin West, chairman of the Com- mittee appointed at last meeting to take up the matter of revisin~ the manner of advertising for City Printing, reco~,ended that an Ordinance be passed repealing Ordi- nance No. 26V and recommending that the various City Departments place their orders with the several priuting
