<br />Item 1. The Furnishing, installation and construction

<br />w~ring, lamps, globes, canopies and other necessary
<br />items as per plans and specifications, complete with
<br />the furnishing of all necessary equipment, labor and
<br />material complete.

<br />Item 2. The furnishing, installation and construction
<br />of ali conduits, cables, grounds and wiring as per
<br />plans and specifications, complete with the furnish-
<br />ing of all necessary equipment, labor and material
<br />and including the repair of all curbs, sidewalks,
<br />pavements or other improvements cut or damaged during
<br />the construction, for the complete system.

<br />The Board of Trustees thereupon awarded the contract to

<br />Robertson Electric Company as the lowest responsible

<br />bidder therefor at the prices named in their bid.

<br />Trustee ~rinton introduced a resolution awarding the

<br />contract to Robertson Electric Company. The resolution
<br />
<br />wa~ ordered filed, read, considered, designated Resolu-

<br />This being the time and place set forth for the opening
<br />of bids or proposals for the improvement of a portion
<br />
<br />of N. Park Blvd., Riverside Drive, Heliotrope Drive,
<br />
<br />Benton Way, Bonnie Brae, N. Flower Street and N. Broad-
<br />
<br />way, the Board oF Trustees being duly convened in open
<br />
<br />session, proceeded to open, examine and declare all
<br />
<br />bids received, as follows:
<br />
<br />Item 1. The Ournishing, installation and construction
<br />of double light ornamental lighting standards, iflclud-
<br />lng concrete foundations, anchor bolts, pot-heads,
<br />wiring, lamps, globes, canopies and other necessary
<br />items as per plans and specifications, complete with
<br />the furnishing of all necessary equipment, labor and
<br />material on an estimate of twenty-one (21) double
<br />light standards.
<br />
<br />Item 2. The furnishing, installation, and constructio~
<br />of single light ornamental lighting standards, includ-
<br />ing concrete foundations, anchor bolts, pot-heads,
<br />wiring, lamps, globes, canopies and other necessary
<br />items as per plans and specifications, complete with
<br />the ~urnishing of all necessary ~quipment, labor and
<br />material on an estimate of fifty two (52) single
<br />light standards.
<br />
<br />Item 3. The trenching, furnishing and ~nstallation
<br />of one and one-quarter (l~) inch inside diameter
<br />sheradized conduit containing one (1) #8 solid B. &
<br />S. gauge varnished cambric lead covered cable, includ-
<br />ing all grounds and connections as per plans and
<br />specifications, and including repair of all sidewalk,
<br />curbs and pavements and other improvements cut or
<br />damaged during the construction, complete with the
<br />furnishing of ali necessary equipment, labor and
<br />material on an estimate of 8,689 linear feet.
