Tubbs None Geo McPhee. and place fizws and set forth when interested persons might appear and show cause why bonds should not be issued upon the security of the un- paid assessments for work done and improvsment made upon portions of N. Park Blvd., Heliotrope Drive, River s-ide Drive, Benton Way and No. Broadway all as set out in Resolution of Intention No. 1321, and no person appearing to show cause why said bonds should not be issued, Trustee Collier introduced a resolution deter- mining unpaid assessments for work and improvement made upon said streets, the aggregate thereof, directing bonds to be issued for the security of the unpaid asses merits, prescribing the denominations of said bonds and providing for the issuance of same in annual series. The resolution was ordered filed, read, considered, designated Resolution No. 155V and passed by the fo]lo~ lng vote: Ayes, Noes, Absent, Trustees Trustees Trustees C.~. Chapman, E.B. Collier, F.L. Purinton, J.W. Tubbs None Geo }~cPhee. An ordinance establishing the grade of E. First St., So. Main St. and Maple St. and accepting the same in behalf of the City of Santa Aha, was introduced. On motion of Trustee Chapman, seconded by Collier ~nd csr- ried, same was referred back to City Attorney. Trustee Chapman introduced an ordinance fixing the amount of money ascertained to carry on the various de- partments of the City of Santa Aha and to pay the bonde indebtedness falling due for the currect year 1925-192~ ~nd fixin6 the rate of taxation. The ordinance was ordered filed, read, considered and referred back to the City Attorney. On motion of Trustee Chapman, seconded by Collier and aarried, the Board adjourned to Monday, August .~lst, 1925, 7:.50 P.M. in the Council Chamber.
