Park Blvd., Heliotrope Drive, River <br />s-ide Drive, Benton Way and No. Broadway all as set out <br />in Resolution of Intention No. 1321, and no person <br />appearing to show cause why said bonds should not be <br />issued, Trustee Collier introduced a resolution deter- <br />mining unpaid assessments for work and improvement made <br />upon said streets, the aggregate thereof, directing <br />bonds to be issued for the security of the unpaid asses <br />merits, prescribing the denominations of said bonds and <br />providing for the issuance of same in annual series. <br /> <br />The resolution was ordered filed, read, considered, <br />designated Resolution No. 155V and passed by the fo]lo~ <br /> <br />lng vote: <br />Ayes, <br /> <br />Noes, <br /> <br />Absent, <br /> <br />Trustees <br /> <br />Trustees <br />Trustees <br /> <br />C.~. Main St. and Maple St. and accepting the same in <br />behalf of the City of Santa Aha, was introduced. On <br />motion of Trustee Chapman, seconded by Collier ~nd csr- <br />ried, same was referred back to City Attorney. <br /> <br />Trustee Chapman introduced an ordinance fixing the <br />amount of money ascertained to carry on the various de- <br />partments of the City of Santa Aha and to pay the bonde <br />indebtedness falling due for the currect year 1925-192~ <br />~nd fixin6 the rate of taxation. The ordinance was <br />ordered filed, read, considered and referred back to <br />the City Attorney. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Chapman, seconded by Collier and <br /> <br /> aarried, the Board adjourned to Monday, August .~lst, <br /> 1925, 7:.50 P.M. in the Council Chamber. <br /> <br /> <br />
