Trustee Purinton thereupon introduced a resolution o rderin~ the work to be done and improvement to be made as briefly set out in Resolution of Intention No. 1547. The resolution was ordered filed, read, considered, designated Resolution Ordering Work No.1562 and passed by the following vote: %yes: Trustees C.U.Chapman, Geo. M cPhee, E.B.Collier, F.L.Purinton. Noes: Trustees None. Absent: Trustee J.W. Tubbs. An ordinance entitled as follows: "An ordinance of the City of Santa ~a, Californ~, fixing the amount of money ascertained to carry on the various departments of the City of Santa Ana, and to pay the bonded indebtedness falling due for She ~urrent year 1925-1926, and fixing the rate of taxation for the current year 1925-1926, designating the number of cents on each $100.00 for the various funds of said City, on the whole of the taxable property of said City as set by the County A~sessor of the County ~ Oran6e, State of Califorula, and equalized by the Board of SuF rvlsors of said County, and hereby levied on the whole of the taxable pro~rty of said City" came on for final consideration. The ~dinance was ~dered filed, read, considered, designated Ordinance No.?81 and passed by the following vote: Ayes: Trustees Noes: Trustees C.v~.Chapman, Geo. McPhee, E.B.Collier, F.L.Purinton.
