Atohley was granted permtaaAon to move barn from 916 E. let St. te W. 5th St. & tracks and to move house from 916 W. 2nd to a point outside city limits, work to be carried on under su~rvision of Street Department. A co,wnittee representing the Northwest ~;rovement Association appeared before the ~oar~ w~th reference to Pavin~ of Bristol Street from 8th Street to Limits, stating that deeds had been secured to all except one piece of ~ o~rty and this deed will be presented in a short while. On motion of Tpustee Purinton, seconded by Collier and carried, City C~y Attorney were instructed to take for improvement of street. On motion of Trustee Purist on, seconded by Chapman and carried, Committee was anpointed to investigate condition of alley between Oak & ~Ickory St. let & Walnut. Trustees Purtnton, ¥cFhee, Collier and Street Sunerlntendent were appointed es Committee. On mo~ion of Trustee ¥cPhee, seconded by Chapman and carried, condition of sidewalks around City Parka were referred to a Committee to investigate and report: Trustees Purinton, McPhee, Collier and St. Supt. were appointed as Committee.
