Du~da]e was gr, nted permission to use temporary approaches over curb at VOl and 808 East §th Street for ebro ~arke durinm Fair week. asking street On motion of Trustee Purinton, seconded by Co]]~r and carried, petition from residents on Eastaide ~venue for t~e inatallatlon of street lights on said from 4th to Fruit was referred to Trustee McPhee. On motion of Trustee Purinton, seconded by C~apman and carried, it ~ recommended to petitioners for sidewalk on W. lVth Street that Board be presented with petition signed by a reasonable number of property owners effected requeetin~ ~cnet~ction of sidewalk. On motion of Trustee Wurinton, carried, O. V. Dart was ~rsnted seconded b~ McPhee and ~ermisalon to move ~ouae from Sth & Sp~rgeon Sra. to loth and Gsrnaey ets. under supervision cf Street Superintendent. On motion of Trustee Purinton, seconded by Collier and carried, sidewalk was ordered installed on east side of Swcamore Street bsgween 10th and Washington Av~. On motion of Trustee Purinton, seconded by Chapman and carried, Street Superintendent was instructed to repair sidewalks around City Parks, expense to be paid from Park Fuhd. A copy of the gasoline ordinance recently adopted by the County wee presented. On motion of Trustee Chapmen seconded b2 McPhee and carried~ same was referred to the City Attorney to present similar ordinance to the Board of Trustee. for adoption.
