On motion of Trustee McPhee, seconded by Purinton and carried, accounts due the City from property owners on West Cubbon Street for Street Improvement were ordered turned over to the City Att orneyfor collection. On mSion of ~Prustee McPhee, seconded b7 Chapman and carried, warrant in amount of Sg4v.09 was ordered drawn from the Band Fund in favor of ~arry F~nson, Treasurer of ~ A. Municipal Band. This being the tire and ~lece set forth for the opening of bids or proposals for the improvement of a portion of Hickory Street ms set out In Resolution of Intention No. 15AV, and the Board of Trustees duly convened in open session, proceeded to open, examine a~d declare all bids received, as follows: Item 1.
