Board met in regular adjourned session. Meeting called to order by President Purtnton. Pre,eat: Absent: Trustees Geo. McPhee, E.B.Colller, Stanley E.Goode, F.L.Wurinton. Trustee C.~.Chapman. In Re Oomplaint Mrs. E.D.Hotz. In Re Proposal Auditing. In Re Permit to wreck barrio In Re House moving Permits. In Re Permit Junk Business. Complaint - chickens ~. 5th St. Santa Aaa City Hall. July 26th, 1996. ~:30 P.M. A communication from Mrs. E.D.Hotz of 812 W. Bishop relative breaking of curb at tl~t address by Paving Contractor was presented. On motion of Trustee Goods, seconded by McPhee and carried, communication was referr- ed to the Engineer for checking. A proposition from Albln E. Johnson Co., PUblic Account- ants, was presented, in wbtch a proposal fop at~itin~ the City Acm unte for fiscal year ending June ~Oth, 1928, at m~ximum fee of $~00 was m~de. On motion of ~rustee Goods, seconded by Collier and carried, matter was referred to s Co~.~,,Ittee to report back at next m,eting: Trustees Col]let, goods and McPhee were s~pointed as such Committee. On motion of ~rustee Goods, seconded by McPhee and serried, Mrs. A. V. ~ogaPt was granted nermlesion to wreck old garage at 616 Eas~ ~ Street and replace same with better ~npearing building by utilizing old material. On moron of Trustee Ooode, seconded by Collier ~ nd carried, O. V. Dart was granted permission to move building from 7].8 E. let St. to 800 block W. 4th St., also building from 1~00 block S. Main ~o 1~0 block S. ~ain, all under supervision of Street Surerintendent. On ~otlon of ~"rustee Goods, seconded by MePhes and carried, E. C. ~iderfelt was granted permission to conduct Junk business at let & Bu3]ivan Btreet~. Mr. L. A. Sweet wa~ before tbs Board with reference to alleged nuisance created b2 o~$wing roosters in vicinity of 5th and Sheldon Streets. On motion of Trustee MoPhee seconded by Goods and earthed, a Committee wes appointed to define a district ~ the ~ity within which no roosters shall be kept: Trustees McPhee and Goods were appointed ss such Committee:
