Board met in regular session. Meeting called to order by President Purinton. Present: Absent: Minutes Trustees C.H. Chapman, Gee McPhee, E.B. Collier, Stanley E. Goode, F.L. Purinton. Trustees None. of August 2nd and 9th approved as read. In Re Asses,ed Valuation 1926-1927. Santa Ana City Hall. August 16th, 1926, ?:30 P.M. On motion of Trustee Goode duly seconded by Chapman and carried, the official report from W. C. Jerome, County Auditor, showing the assessed valuation o~ the City of Sant~ Aha for the year 1926-1927, was ordered accepted and placed on file. In Re Electric Permit George Ezelle In Re Deeds N. Bri,tol St. In Re Street Lights Virginia Street. In Re Street Light Denied Birch Street. In Re Planning Commission Recommendation not Accepted In Re Horse Show--County Fair On motion of T~ustee McPhee seconded by Chapman and carried, the application of George Ezelle to han~ an electric sign at 418 N. Sycamore Street, was gran%ed under the supervision of the Electric Inspector. On motion of Trustee Goode seconded by Chapman and carried, the following deeds for street purpose~ on N. Bristol Street, were accepted and the Clerk instruc- ted to record the same: 0r~nge County Trust & Savings Bank, Santa Aha Improve- ment Company and Martha Jane Marks, oral. On Motion of Trustee McPhee seconded by Chapman and carried, three suspension /t~eet lights were ordered installed on Virginia Street between Santiago and Valencia Streets. # On motion of Trustee McPhee seconded by Goode and Oar- tied, the application of M. M. Miller for street light in the 600 Block North Birch Street,was denied. On motion of Trustee McPhee seconded by Goode and car- ried, the receomendation of the Planning Conmnission in reference to accepting a deed on property adjacent to Santiago Creek was not accepted. Mr. John Regan appeared before the Board representing the Horse Show Committee of the Orange County Fair in refermmce to a donation towards a purse for the Horse Show during the Fair. On motion of Trustee Goode secon- ded by Chapman and carried the matter was referred tea committee. Trustees McPhee, Collier and Goode being appointed as such committee.
