Bristol St. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Resolution Overruling Protests <br /> <br />and approving Assessment No. <br />East First g~. <br /> <br />1675. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Collier seconded by Chapman and <br />carried the audit on the City Records be deferred unti~ <br />such time as the City Assessor's office ia created and <br />a budget system established. <br /> <br />This being the day and hour to which the hearing of <br />protests against the improvement as set out in Resolu- <br />tion of Intention No. 1668 was deferred, and the Board <br />of Trustees being now in regular session, proceeded to <br />consider said protests. <br /> <br /> No owner or property liable to be assessed for said <br />work made written protest~or any protest against the <br />proposed work or against the extent of the district to <br />be assessed therefor and no person apearlng to protes <br />or object or show any cause why the improvement should <br />not be carried out in accordance with Resolution of <br />Intention No. 1668, the Board of Trustees deemed that i <br />had acquired Jurisdiction to order the proposed improve <br />ment. <br /> <br /> Trustees $oode introduced a resolution ordering the <br />work to be done and improvement made as briefly set out <br />in Resolution of Intention No. 1668. The Resolution wa <br />ordered filed, read, considered, designated Resolution <br />0rderin8 Work No. 16V2 and passed by the following vote <br /> <br /> Ayes: Trustees C.H.Chapman, Ceo McPhee, E.B.Col~t,~ <br /> Stanley E. Goode, F.L.
