In Re <br /> <br />Employment of <br /> <br />Clyde Bishop. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Lighting District <br /> <br />Southeastern part of <br /> <br />City. <br /> <br />APPROVED: <br /> <br /> President, <br /> <br />Board of Trustees. <br /> <br />On motion of T~ustee Goode, seconded by Chapman and <br />upon call of the roll carried by the following vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes: Trustees C.H.Chapman, Geo. McPhee, <br /> Stanley E. Goode, F.L.Purinton. <br /> <br /> Noes: Trustees ~one <br /> <br /> Absent: T~stee E.B.Collier, <br /> <br />it was ordered that Clyde Bishop be employed, <br />authorized and directed to immediately prepare all <br />resolutions for adoption by the cities and sanitary <br />districts interested in and u~ing the outfall s ewer, <br />authorizing the expenditure of public money, obliga- <br />ting said cities and sanitary districts to pay their <br />proportionate share thereof, authorizing the City <br />of Santa Aha to proceed with the restoration and <br />repair of the ruptured and destroyed portion of the <br />outfall sewer, to prepare all contracts, bonds, and <br />other legal proceedings concerned in the repair and <br />restoration of the outfall sewer and with Talbert <br />Drainage District and Newbert Protection District for <br />the use of equipment, ditches and rights of way, <br />and to receive therefor the sum of $280.00. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Goode, seconded by McPhee and <br />carried, it was decided that single circuit <br />Marbelite Poles No. 1100, globes Nc.lO? will be <br />used in the installation of ornamental lighting <br />system in the Southeastern part of the City. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Chapman, seconded by Goode <br /> <br /> and carried, the Board adjourned. <br /> <br /> <br />
