In Re Appointments Police Dept. On motion of Trustee McPhee, seconded by Chapman and carried, resignation of V. Barnhill aa traffic officer for the City of Santa Aha was accepted. # On motion of Trustee Goods, seconded by Collier and carried, H. O. Randal was granted permission to erect and conduct garage on N. Main Street second lot south of Roe Drive. On motion of Trustee Chapman, seconded by McPhee and carried, application of J. R. Alsup for pex'~ission to conduct auto top and paint shop in garage at rear of residence at 1124 W 3rd St. was referred to a Committees Trustees Goode and McPhee were appointed as such Com- mittee. A resolution was submitted by the Planning Commission tendering the resignations of all members of that body. On motion of Trustee Collier, seconded by McPhee and carried, resignations were accepted. Following applications were considOred for filling vacancies in the Police Department: B. A. Rershey for Traffic Officer - R.W.Knight, C~ae.E.Dixon and T.H. Bond for Patrolmen. On motion of Trustee McPhee, seconded by Chapman and carried, B. A. Hershey was appointed T~affic ~fficer to fill vacancy created by resignation of V. Barnhill and R.W.Knight was &--ointed Pa9rol~an.
