On motion of T~ustee Goode, seconded by Chapman and carried, bond of O.H.Royer in amount of $§O0 for ~t work was referred to the Chair for approval or dis- approval. On motion of T~ustee Ooode, seconded by Chapman and carried, the Clerk was instructed to draw warrant in amount of $40.1S to cover delinquent taxes on Lot 4, Block C, Goldsmiths Ad~ tion for year 192~. On motion of Trustee Collier, seconded by Goode and carried, President and the Clerk was authorized to sign ~pplication to the State Boamd of Health for permit to operate new well recently drilled by the Wats: Department. # E. M. Sundquist, representing the Chamber of Commerce, expense o! was before the Board requesting contribution toward/the Trade Tour to be held Wednesday May 19th. On motion of T~ustee McPhee, seconded by Chalmaan and carried, Clerk was instructed to draw warrant from the Advertisiz Fund in amount of $100 toward expense of this tour. # On motion of T~ustee Chapman, seconded by Collier and carried, final action on bids for furnishing the City with water pipe and fittings was deferred for one week. # A petition signed by propex~cy owners on North Ross Street was sub~itted to the Board requesting the paving and otherwise improving of said street frma Nineteenth Street booth to a point 2 feet south of the North line of the property of E. A. Noe. On motion of Trustee Goods, seconded by Chapman and carried, the Engineer instructed to prepare plans and speaiftcattons for the improvement requested. On motion of Trustee McPhee, seconded by Chapman and carried, Street light was or~lered installed at the intersection of Hobart and Maple Ave. On motion of Trustee McPhee, seconded by Goode and carried, Chair was authorized to appoint Committee to lnvest~ate paving of Fruit Street f~om Garfield~-: Grand Avenue~ The Board as a whole will mmke investi- gation.
