On motion of Trustee McPhee, <br />seconded by Chum an and carried unanimously, permit <br />for dance hall at ~16~ East Third ~treet was denied. <br /> <br />A dee~ ass presented from Robert Oisler & wife <br />covering a portion of the Joint Outfall Sewer right <br />of way. On motion of T~ustee Che~man, seconded by <br />Coeds and carried, Clerk was ~etructed to attach <br />the Board's acceptance and have the same recorded <br />and to draw warrant ~n fever of Roht.~isler in~ <br />amount of $2~8.0~, the balance of ~rice of Sv~o.o0 <br />to be paid by the County Clerk from funds now ~eld <br />b2 him. <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Ooode, seconded by Collier and <br />carried, City Attorney was instructed to take . <br />necessary steps for the acquisition of me~ntain <br />park sits, without expense to ~he City. <br /> <br /> After due consideration by the Board cf Trustees <br /> of ell bids submitted for furn~ hing the OIty cf <br /> Santa Ann with t~uoks, it was determined that <br /> ~hevrolet trucks were best eulted to the require- <br /> ments of the City.
