In Re Sale of Bonds Outfall Sewer In Re Ordinance No.?g? amending house moving o~inaxlca. APPROVED: City of Santa Aha with street sweeper was awarded to the Austin-Western Road Machinery Company at the price named in their bid~ $6650.00, and certified checks ordered returned to the unsuccessful bidders. On motion of Trustee Chapman, seconded by Goods and upon call of the roll duly carried by the following vote: Ayes: Trustees C.H.Chapzan, Oeo. McPhee, E.B.Collier, Stanley E.Gooda, F.L.Purinton. Noes: Trustees None. Absent: Trustees None. It was ordered that the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha offer for sale and sell 182 of the municipal bonds of said city, each in the denomination of $1000, aggregating $182,000.00 all dated the let day of July, 1926, and issued for the completion of the sewer system of said city, including the outfall sewer thereof. That the Clerk be directed to publish and to mail all notices of sale, the publication to be by two. insertions in Santa Aha D~Xly Evening Register, and the mailing to be to the State Treasurer and State Board of Control. That bids be received up to t he hour of ?:30 P.M. of Monday, the End day of August, 1926, at which time all bids to be opened by the Board of Trustees in the Council Chamber thereof. That every bid filed be a sealed bid and be accompanied by a check of at least 2% of the aggregate of the bid, certified by a respnn- sible bank in this State, and payable to the Treasurer of the Oity of Santa Ans. That no bond be a old for less than its par value and the Interest accrued thereon at the date Of its delivery, and the city to reserve the right to reject any and all bids. An ordinance entitled: "An ordinance of the City of Santa Aha, amen~ ng Ordinance No. 792 an ordinance regulating the moving of buildings through or upon public streets, alleys, lanes and so forth, by reducing the fee ~o be paid for additional square feet over 500 in the house to be moved,~ came up for final consideration. The ordinance was ordered filed, read, considered, designated Ordinance No. 797 and passed by the following votes Ayes: Trustees ~ H.Chapman, Geo. McPhee, E.B.Collier, Stanley E.Goode, F.L.Purinton. Noes: T~usteee None. Absent: Trustees ~one. ~ motion of Trustee Chapman, seconded by McPhee and carried, the Board adjourned.
