On motion of Trustee <br />Goode, seconded by Knox ~nd carried, the application <br />and petition was referred to the Planning Commission <br />and the Clerk was instructed to post property ~n East- <br />wood Avenue from 4th to 6th Streets. All persons <br />interested to appear before the Planning Comr. ission <br />and City Council at a Joint Neetfng to be held Nond~y, <br />November 28th, at 7:S0 p.I~'~., in the Council Chamber. <br /> <br />A petition was presented signed by property owners in <br />the vicinity of ~. Seventh Street, requesting tha.t a <br />sanitary sewer be constructed on Seventh Street betwee <br />Bristol and Arestia Street. On motion of Trustee Yno~ <br />seconded by Goode and c~rried, the petition was refer- <br />red to the City Engineer for checking to report back <br />in one week. <br /> <br />On motion of T~stee Goode, seconded by Knox and car- <br />ried, the Building Inspector was instructed to issue <br />building permit to the Christian Church for the con- <br />struction of an addition to the Sunday School <br />at 6th and Birch Streets. <br /> <br /> 3n motion of Trustee I~cBrfde, seconded by Goode and <br /> carried, the Clerk was instructed to advertise for <br /> bids for the furnishing of mater;~al ~nd labor ~nd con. <br /> structton of the sewage pumping station ~nd erection <br /> of pumpln6 equipment at the Joint Outfall Sewer; bids <br /> to be opened December l~th, 1927. <br /> <br /> ,, <br /> <br /> Protests were prasented signed ¥,y property owners on <br /> N. ~;~ain Street fror, i First to Sixth against the ordi- <br /> nance providing for a se~ back ob uildlnss an~ yeti- <br /> tlonfng the City Counc!] to cut off thr~e feet from <br /> the eidewqlk on each side of ~[~in Street from First t~ <br /> Si>~th Street.
