Follow- <br />lng the report, the City Council awarded the contract <br />to Walker and Martin as the lowest responsible bidd~r~ <br />therefor at the total price of $25,590.00. <br /> <br />Trustee Goods introduced a Resolution Awarding the <br />Contract to Walker and Martin. The resolution was <br />ordered filed, read, considered, designated Resolutiol <br />No. 1847 and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes, Trustees J.L.McBride, W.J.Kelly, W.G.Knox, <br /> Stanley E. Goods, F.L. Purinton. <br /> <br /> Noes, Trustees None. <br /> <br />Absent, Trustees None. <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />This being the time and place when and where interested <br />pers c~s might appear and show cause why bonds should <br />not be issued upon the security of the unpaid assess- <br />ments for work done and improvement made upon a por- <br />tion of E. Washington Avenue, in accordance with Reso. <br />lution of Intention No. 1730, and the City Council <br />being now in session, proceeded to hear all protests <br />presented. <br /> <br /> No person appearing to protest or show any cause <br />why bonds should not be issued, Trustee Mcbride, intr,- <br />duced a resolution determining the unpaid assessments <br />for work and improvement made upon said street, the <br />aggregate thereof, direetin~ bonds to be issued for <br />the security of the unpaid assessments, prescribing <br />the denominations of sagd and providing for the issu- <br />ance of same in annual serieS. <br /> <br /> The resolution was ordered filed, read, considered <br />designated Resolution No. 1848 and passed by the <br />following vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes, Trustees J.L.McBride, W.J.Kelly, 'W.G.Kn~x, <br /> Stanley E.
