Broadway Lights. <br /> <br />of bidders and to advertise the sale of the Station, <br />bids to be accepted up to the hol~ of 8:00 P.M. Mends <br />December 5th and bids to be opened at ~:30 P.M. of <br />same date. Possession of property and buildlng to be <br />given on or before six months of date of purchase. <br /> <br />On motion of T~ustee McBride, seconded by Knox and <br />carried, the Clerk was instructed to advertise for <br />3900 feet of sixteen inch cast iron pipe and 1SOO fee! <br />of eight inch cast,Iron pipe with an alternate bid of <br />steel pipe, according to plans and speeifications on <br />file in the Water Euperintendent's office. <br /> <br />This being the time and place fixed for the openlng <br />of bids or proposals for the work ordered done and <br />i~provement made upon and along a district known as <br />the Southwest Sewer District No. 130, briefly describ~ <br />in Resolution of Intention No. 1834, and ordered done <br />by Rem lution No. 1840 and the City Council beil~g <br />duly convened in open seselon proceeded to and did <br /> <br /> examine and declare all b~ds received <br /> <br />publicly open, <br />as follows: <br /> <br />Lana Contracting Company <br />~. The l~rnishtng and installing along Broad. <br />way from Sixth Street to Santa Clara Avenue and on <br />Fifteenth Street from Broadway to the transformer <br />vault, of all necessary conduits, eablss, ground eon- <br />nections, and the making of all necessary connections <br />to the transformer vault and the repair and replace- <br />ment of all sidewalk and pavement, curb etc., complet~ <br />with the furnishing of all necessary squipment, labor <br />and material for the sum of $ complete. <br /> <br /> <br />
