Purinton. <br /> <br /> Trustees None. <br /> <br /> Trustees None. <br /> <br />This being the time and place when and where Intereste( <br />persons might appear and show cause why bonds should <br />not be issued upon the security of the unpaid assess- <br />ments for work done and improvement made upon a portio~ <br />of Oxford Street, in accordance with Re~ lution of In- <br />tention No. 1721, and the City Council being now in <br />session, proceeded to hear all protests presented. <br /> <br /> No person appearing to protest or show any cause why <br />bonds should not be issued, Trustee Kelly introduced a <br />resolution determining the unpaid assessments for work <br />and improvement made upon said street, the aggregate <br />thereof, directing bonds to be issued for the security <br />of the unpaid assessments, prescribing the <br />of said and providing for the issuance of same in annu- <br />al series. <br /> <br /> The resolution was ordered filed, read, considered, <br />designated Resolution No. 1851 and passed by the fol- <br />lowing vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes, Trustees J.L.McBride, W.J. Kelly, W.G. Knox, <br /> Stanley E. Goode, F.L. Purinton. <br /> <br /> Noes, Trustees None. <br /> <br />Absent, Trustees None. <br /> <br />A resolution approving sale of real property of the <br />City of Santa Aha known as the Central Fire Station <br />located on N. Sycamore Street, for t~he sum of $30 <br />to A. Turk and Anna Turk, his wife, as joint tenants, <br />and to N. White and Pauline White, his wife, as joint <br />tenants, was filed, read, considered, designated Reso- <br />lution No. 1852 and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes, Trustees J.L.NcBride, W.J. Kelly, W.G. Knox, <br /> Stanley E. Goode, F.L.
