Sewer Dist. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br /> Resolution .Ordering Work <br /> <br />No. 1850 - Patton Stro~t. <br /> <br />This being the time andplace set forth for opening <br />bids for the sale of the Central Fire Station located <br />on N. Sycamore Street, and the City Council being now <br />in open session, proceeded to open, examine and declar, <br /> <br />all bids received as follows: <br /> <br /> R. S. Chandler <br /> A. Turk <br /> <br />On notion of Trustee McBride, <br /> <br />$28,350.00 <br />30.325.00 <br /> <br />seconded by Knox and <br /> <br />carried, the bid. of A, Turk was accepted in amount of <br />$30,325.00 and the Clerk instructed to return check of <br />the unsuccessful bidder. <br /> <br />This being the time and place to which action was <br />deferred on the bids or proposals for the work ordered <br />done and improvement made upon and along a district <br />known as the Southwest Sewer District No. 130, as <br />briefly described in Resolution of Intention No. 1834, <br />and the City Council being now in open session, it was <br />determined after checking, that the bid of Gogo and <br />Rados was the lowest bid submitted. The City Council <br />thereupon awarded the contract to Gogo and Rados as th. <br />lowest bidders therefor at the total price of $83,377.t <br />All checks t~be returned by the Clerk to the unsuccess. <br />ful bidders. McBride, W.J. Kelly, W.G. Knox, <br /> Stanley E. Goode, F.L. ?urinton. <br /> <br />Trustees None. <br /> <br />Trustees None. <br /> <br />This being the time and place set forth in Resolution <br />of Intention No. 1843 to order the work done and im- <br />provement made upon and along a portion of Patton <br />Street, and the City Council being duly convened in <br />open session, proceeded to hear and pass upon all pro- <br />tests presented. No owner of property liable to be <br />assessed for said work made written pro~est or any pro- <br />test against the' proposed work or against the extent of <br />the district to be assessed therefor and no person <br />appearing to protest or object or show any cause why <br />the improvement should not be carried out in accordance <br />with Resolution of Intention No. 1843, the City Council <br />deemed that it had acquired Jurisdiction to order the <br />proposed improvement.
