<br />On motion of Trustee Goode, seconded by Chaney amd ear-
<br />
<br />tied, the bids were referred to the City E~gineer for
<br />checking to report back at this meeting. Following the
<br />report, the City Council awarded the court, act to Steele
<br />
<br />Finley as the lowest resPonsible bidder therefor at the
<br />
<br />total price of $15,116.47. A resolution was introduced
<br />
<br />awarding the contract, The ~esolution was ordered file(
<br />
<br />read, considered, designated Resolution No. 1972 and
<br />
<br />passed by the following vote:
