<br />0n motion of Trustee Kelly, seconded by McBride and car-
<br />ried, the bids were referred to the City Engineer for
<br />
<br />checking to report back at this meeting. Following the
<br />
<br />report, the City Council awarded the contract to Steele
<br />
<br />Finley as %he lowest responsible bidder therefor at the
<br />total pries of $7002.91. A resolution was introduced
<br />awarding the contract. The resolution was ordered filed
<br />
<br />read, considered, designated Resolution No. 1973 and
<br />
<br />passed by the following vote:
