Main Street, <br /> were granted under supervision of Electrical Inspector. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Chaney, seconded by Goode and car- <br /> ried, the pird~ certificate of ownership on Studebaker <br /> Ambulance of Winbigler Funeral Home was accepted and <br /> the Clerk instructed to have same transferred to the <br /> City of Santa Ana and the Attorney was instructed to <br /> draw agreement covering the sale of Ambulance for sum <br /> of $1.00 to the City of Santa Ana. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Chaney, seconded by Goode and car- <br />ried, the bond of Coony and Winterbottom as Plumbing <br />Contractors, was referred to the Chair for approval or <br />disapproval. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Goode, seconded by Kelly and car- <br />ried, the bond of Lloyd H. Banks as Purchasing Agent <br />and Auditor of the City of Santa Ana, was referred to <br />the Chair for approval or disappro~ al. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Goode, seconded by Chaney and car- <br />ried, the monthly reports of the City Officers for <br />September were referred to the Finance Committee. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Kelly, seconded by Goode and car- <br />ried, the Clerk was instructed to draw warrants accord- <br />ing to demands audited by the Finance Committee. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Chaney, seconded by Goode and car- <br />ried, the Clerk was instructed to draw warrant in amou.nt <br />of $100.00 in favor of Corinne.Koontz in connection <br />with the improvement of E. First Street. <br /> <br />This being the time and place when and where interested <br />persons might appear and show cause why bonds should not <br />be issued upon the security of the unpaid assessments <br />for work done and improvement made upon North Sycamore <br />Street, in accordance with Resolution ~ Intention No. <br />2072 and the City Council being now in session, pro- <br />ceeded to hear all protests presented. <br /> <br /> <br />
