Kelly, Homer C. Chaney, <br /> Stanley E. Goode, F.L. Purinton. <br /> <br /> Trustees None. <br /> <br /> Trustee J.L. McBride. <br /> <br />An Ordinance was introduced amending License Ordinances <br />with reference to the collection of rags and newspapers <br />in the City of Santa Ana.
