Following the report, the City Council awarded the contract to the Griffith Company as the lowest responsible bidder therefo~ A resolution was introduced awarding the contract to t he Sriffith Company. An Ordinance entitled: "An Ordinance of the City of Santa Ana establishing Set-Back Lines upon North Flower Street, on both sides of said street, from the North line of Tract No. V48 to the South Line of Santa Clara Avenue if extended Westerly". was finally read, considered, designated Ordinance No. 900 and passed by the following vote: Trustees J.L.
