No. 2153 <br /> <br />Ordering Work <br /> <br />Flower, Nineteenth, etal. <br /> <br />125 <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Goods, seconded by Chancy and car- <br />ried, petition of property owners requesting the paving <br />of Shelton Street between First and Fairview with a foum <br />inch asphaltic pavement, was referred to the Engineer <br />fcc checking to report back in one week. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Goods, seconded byMcBride .and car- <br />ried, the Clerk was instructed to draw warrant amount of <br />$508.82 in favor of D. C. Cianfoni from the Music Fund <br />covering miscellaneous expenses. <br /> <br />This being the time and place fixed for the opening of <br />bids or proposals for the work ordered done and improve- <br />ment made upon Santa Ama Boulevard, also known Acquisi- <br />tion and Improvement District No. 4, according to Resolu- <br />tion of Intention No. 21A2, and the City Council being <br />duly convened in open session proceeded to and did publi~ <br />ly open, examine and declare all bids received as follow= <br /> <br />Geo. Pu~inton. <br /> <br /> Trustees None. <br /> <br /> Trustees None. <br /> <br />This being the time and place to which the hearing was <br />continued on the work to be done as set forth in Resolu- <br />tion of Intention No. 2146 upon and along Flower Street, <br />Nineteenth Street, Heliotrope Drive, Greenleaf Street, <br />Santa Clara Avenue, Victavia Drive, Seventeenth Street, <br />Ross Street and North Park Boulevard, 'ah~ the City Coun- <br />cil being in open session proceeded to hear and pass <br />upon all protests presented. <br /> <br />Written protests were presented signed by R. E. Millman, <br />Trustee, Sidney H. Davidson and others against the pro- <br />posed work and improvement and the extent of the district <br /> <br /> <br />
