McBride. <br /> <br />Minutes of Meetings of March 4th and'llth . approved as read. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Request of <br /> <br />The First Nat'l Bank. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Request of <br /> <br />Mrs. Clara Haycock. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Extension of Time <br /> <br />Granted Steele Finley. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Assembly <br /> <br />Bill No. 689. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Health Report. <br /> <br />I~ Re <br /> <br />Bond of <br /> <br />Gibbs & Thomas. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Warrant <br /> <br />Band Concert. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Goode, seconded by Kelly and car- <br />ried, the request of The First National Bank for an <br />extension of five years time to complete the streets in <br />Greenwald Park Trant No. 610, namely Walnut and Pine <br />Streets between Bristol and Baker Street, was granted. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Kelly, seconded by Chancy and car- <br />ried, the request of Mrs. Clara Haycock to cancel secon~ <br />half of taxes on her property at 945 W. Chestnut Street, <br />was referred to the City Manager. <br /> <br />Oh motion of Trustee Goode, seconded by Chancy and car- <br />ried, the application of Steele Finley for the extension <br />of sixty days time to.complete contract on Birch Street, <br />was granted. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Goode, seconded by Kelly and car- <br />ried, the Clerk was instructed to wire Assemblyman Thee. <br />Craig and Senator N. T. Edwards to use their influence <br />in opposing Assembly Bill No. 889 which would relieve <br />from assessment for public improvements railroad rights- <br />of-way. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Kelly, seconded by Chancy and car- <br />ried, the report of the Health Department for the month <br />of February was referred to the Finance Committee. <br /> <br /> On motion of T~-~stee Goode, seconded by Kelly and car- <br /> ried, the bond of Gibbs and Thomas for Cement Sidewalk <br /> and Curbing was referred to the Chair for approval or <br /> <br />disapproval. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Goode, <br /> <br />seconded by Chancy and car- <br /> <br />ried, the Clerk was instructed to draw a warrant in <br />amount of $297.00 in ~avor of Harry Hanson, Manager, <br />for Band Concert given March 14th, 1929. <br /> <br /> <br />
