An Ordinance amending Zoning Ordinance No. 809 placing duplexes and apartment house zone under special uses, was introduced, read, considered and referred back to the City Attorney. An Ordinance was introduced regulating freight, etc., on the Pacific Electric Railway Company's tracks in the City of Santa Aua.
