Fourth <br /> Street and of Gilbert-Weston-Stearns Company to hang <br /> electric sign for the California Market at ll5 E. Fourth <br /> Street. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Goode, seconded by Chancy and car- <br />ried, property known as Block 24 of the Town of Santa <br />Aha East fronting on the north side of Washington Avenue <br />was ordered posted for Industrial Zone in accordance <br />with the application of The Atchison, Topeka and Santa <br />Fe Railway Company. Hearing date set June 17th, 1929. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Goode, seconded by McBride and car- <br />ried, the Clerk was instructed to sign the City Council': <br />approval to cemetery subdivision map presented, which is <br />inside the three mile limit of the City of Santa Ana. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Kelly, seconded by Goode and car- <br />ried, the applications of Pappas Bros., 318 E. Fourth <br />Street, G. A. Pappas, 108 E. Fourth Street, and Hamilton <br />Olivarri, 107 S. Main Street to sell fireworks, were <br />granted. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Goode, seconded by Kelly and car- <br />ried, the application of John F. Maher and B.S. Allshous~ <br />to buy, sell and store newspapers and Junk at 415 E. <br />Pine Street, was referred to the Manager to investigate <br />and report back in one we~k. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Goode, seconded by Chaney and car- <br />ried, the protests of property owners against the <br />of N. Ross Street north of its present end in any other <br />manner than a straight line, was denied. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Kelly and c~ar- <br />ried, the petition of property owners requesting the <br />establishment of a uniform forty foot set back line on <br />both sides of North Ross Street from Nineteenth to Santa <br />Clara, was filed for future reference. <br /> <br /> <br />
